ETSY, GUEST CURATOR

I got my guest curator on and threw together (just a few) of my favorite things over on the Etsy blog.

Check it up – there is some good stuff. (like that Shriner painting? COME ON)

      Congrats! Although, I think “have had more coffee tables than should be legally allowed” is probably an understatement…

      But really, nice collection and I’m happy to see you snuck in at least one creepy portrait to keep people on their toes.

      How come when I’m trying to make a treasury on etsy, all the cool stuff I find is photographed so poorly? How on earth did you find all this stuff lit so well and with nice, white backgrounds? It’s some kind of crazy etsy mirage.

      Honestly? I fixed a lot of the photos.

      There is rampant poor photo taking on etsy, which sucks because there is so much good stuff. Sometimes it’s hard to see past a poor image. I couldn’t include a bunch of stuff that was great because the images were out of focus or cropped weird or hard to see when piled with a bunch of stuff.
