It looks like heaven on your patio! I am SO in love with the mosaic coffee table and the couch. D*mn that I live in Missouri.
Good luck with the sale.
p.s. if you change your mind on shipping you can send me that sweet mosaic coffee table and make me the happiest girl on the block.
Ohh.. It pains me that don’t live in the US, I would totally be there..! But Holland is too much of stretch. Though amazing stuff on offer! Hope you have plenty of customers!
and now i find out……….
rats.
what’s left?
Rock on! This is a kick ass estate sale. I would die for that Nelson slat bench, but being a few thousand miles away makes it impossible. I hope some passionate Brickies get good deals next weekend.
*sob* I wanna come but I’m stuck way up here in rainy BC, Canada.
You could furnish another entire house with your sale. Good luck. I hope people come in droves with wallets full of cash.
Me too!
Oh that gorgeous white sofa. Oh I would put my hand up for that one straight away, too bad for me I live over here in Australia. Otherwise I would ship it right now !!
All the best with the sale.
Wont be too hard to sell these items.
Eff. Eff. Eff. Why do I have a plane ticket to SF that morning?
Ok, I’ll take the white sofa, the fake Eames lounger, the CH lotus bowl, that mushroom thingy, the nature morte painting… No wait, I live like 20,000 km away… F*ck!
Fingers crossed you get lots of customers and lots of $$$ !!!
why on earth i had to be born in italy?! i would buy EVERYTHING of that gorgeousness!
Ditto I live far away in Melbourne, Australia… but i bought that mosaic table in spirit and it looks great in my lounge room.
If I was anywhere near you, I’d be there. That “George Nelson Style Slat Bench!” caught my eye. Would look great on our tiny house porch, once it’s covered…
I cry to know that I will not be going to your sale. I am more than two hours from you!
Studio Pottery…me want!
Orange Chaise…me want.
Malm Fireplace..me want!
can you hear me crying?????
Is someone seriously contemplating not going when they are only 2 hours away???
Go Morgan!
More for me!!!! See ya Saturday.
hi – how much for the danish fire? i can get UPS to collect – is it possible for you to pack it down into a box please?
Are you sure you wont ship a pillow and painting to Houston? Even if I ask real nice with a sweet southern drawl?
Great stuff, Morgan! Wish I lived on the other side of the country. I’m going to add a link to your post on my blog. Perhaps some old Cali-friends can make it out your way. Good luck!
Single shoe. Second photo. Mine.
Wowza! You have a ton of great stuff! Sucks that I’m on the East Coast..GRRRR! Looking at these photos makes me cry a little.
Good luck with your sale!
Do it on Sunday too, my ass has to be at work at Disneyland at 11:15 on Saturday morning.
shoot! I live in Chicago, but your sale looks like the jackpot.
I just ordered fur to re-upholster a bench like the one your selling.
boo.
Oh man. I’m having to seriously restrain myself from renting a car (van) and driving down there. Why is this state so damn long?
Oh dang! I want to come, but I’m getting married the next day. Drats! Love the hexagonal tables though!
I’m crushed…I’m actually contemplating driving a uhaul…from st. louis! ugh
oh wait, bummer, 1800 miles and over 200 bucks in gas, never mind
Love all of your stuff. I will be there Sat. afternoon. Don’t sell everything before I arrive. Can’t wait. I want that Nelson style bench and white round table with the Bertoia style side chairs.
Can I purchase early and pick up Sat night?
The table is ikea and I totally forgot to move the Bertoia chairs. That’s our patio table and chairs that are always on the porch. I’m a lazy asshole and forgot to move them.
Morgan, haha not a problem.(but seesh what a tease). Not a problem plenty of other treasures. Hope to meet you Sat.
i love that sofa! it’s pretty perfect. Good luck with your awesome sale, I’m sure you won’t need it – but good luck anyway from one of your canadian buddies ;-D
omg. you’re killing me here. I would love to swing if only I wasn’t in portland, or. grrrrrrrr I want that eames lounger. that is so gorgeous!
We’re coming from Redlands cash in hand!
hooray! (i’ll) be there – aloha!
Shocking that you are selling so many jems.
Even more shocking is that you are inviting the world to The Brick House.
But the most shocking thing of all is that you made a flyer with a font other than Helvetica.
I wish I could come. I have to work. That sucks. Maybe I can come after work and pick through the remains.
How much for that shoe in the firs picture?
That shoe was working as a door stop. So like $10? It’s “upcycled”.
I heart those white bamboo chairs. Too bad I live on the wrong coast. Good luck and I hope you sell wads for wads!
along the lines with the rest of the comments — will you ship to the UK???? I’m groaning with envy.
Damnit! I really want those giant yellow table lamps and the bamboo chairs and the egg chair! and the bar cart! Grr.
Oh my god I want to cry so hard. Why do I have to live in Maryland? Why? This is my dream event.
F U K
I wants those white patio chairs. Cannot fathom you parting with them. They ought to go on your back patio when you get that door covered. They’re gems.
Oh and I want the “Nelson” bench and the sofa and the yellow pendant lamp and the fireplace.
Besides, I live in a studio in Brooklyn.
Hope you clean up!
The pool idea sounds refreshing too!
That didn’t make a ton of sense. I’m tired.
I’m coming! But I’m also curious if you’re giving house tours. I’m also excited to meet you and “the boy” in the flesh!
Too far & too late for me… but that doesn’t mean I won’t put a shout out to all my Angeleno friends. Good Luck!
I may seriously drive down from Toronto for your amazing collection…
Coletta! you’re only 2 hours away!!
I’m in Australia and am looking for flights. Ok, i’m not, but if it were only a 2 hour drive standing between me and this sale, I’d be there!
I must have those lamps. Please let me know if you can ship them. I will be willing to pay. Please email me. Everything else, I covet, but I need those lamps… Good luck with your sale.
I Love everything there- I want the sofa, the malm and the two black armchairs.
I actually had that orange chaise (mine was a crappier brown though) when I lived in Tx. I had to leave it and it still haunts me!
Love your stuff! Let us know how the sale went. I live in Portland (or I’d be there adding to all my stuff), and I’ve also had a booth in an antiques place here. I ended up breaking even by the time I paid rent, insurance and commission. I’ve been thinking about doing an estate sale, too, to get myself out from under my mid-century/vintage collection, but wonder if people will want to pay garage sale prices. Bummer I’m too lazy to Etsy it all and ship. Good luck on the sale!
